RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED:

  • Within 48 hours of receiving your item please notify us of your intent to return / exchange at deborahselleck@deborahselleck.com.au

  • Within 30 days of purchase;

  • Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.

  • In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

FOR ALL ONLINE GOWN SALES PLEASE NOTE:

  • Gowns purchased on backorder or preorder cannot be returned on exchanged. Only gowns available and in stock can be returned or exchanged.

  • Items must be in original condition free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

  • Any tags must remain in place.

  • We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can exchange items within our specified timeframe.

  • Please try on the gown after a shower to avoid contact with moisturiser, deodorant or makeup.

  • Additionally, please try on your gown on clean, carpeted or tiled flooring.

  • All items will undergo further quality control upon return. Exchanges are only available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass qc, customer service will contact you with your options.

  • In the event of a manufacturing fault, return postage will be paid by Deborah Selleck Couture. However, in the event of a change of mind, you will be liable for any additional postage to return your item and the purchase of the new.

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

  1. Within 48 hours of receiving your item please notify us of your intent to return / exchange at deborahselleck@deborahselleck.com.au

  2. Fill out the returns / exchange form. This is included in your order

  3. Return your item(s) to the address below.

  4. All items will undergo quality control upon return. Exchanges are only available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass qc, customer service will contact you with your options.

  5. Please allow 7 business days for your return / exchange request to be processed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
